1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Drivelist ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Drivelist provides an online platform for buying and selling used vehicles. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not party to any transactions between users.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon any third-party rights
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

5. Listings and Transactions

5.1 Listing Content: You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing information.

5.2 Transaction Responsibility: Drivelist is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the condition, legality, or availability of vehicles listed.

5.3 Fees: Drivelist may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.

5.4 Advertising Products: Paid promotion products, including featured placement, boosts, spotlight placement, and similar upgrades, are fixed-term advertising products. When purchased, these products begin delivering promotional placement for the selected listing for the stated period and are not subscription services unless expressly identified as a subscription plan.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Fixed-Term Advertising Purchases: Paid listing upgrades and promotional products are sold for a fixed duration disclosed at checkout. Once a promotional product has been activated and delivery has started, the purchase is non-cancelable and non-refundable except where required by law or where Drivelist determines that a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical failure prevented delivery of the purchased service.

6.2 Early Removal or Deactivation: If you remove, deactivate, sell, edit, withdraw, or otherwise stop using a promoted listing before the purchased promotional period ends, the promotional period may end or delivery may stop, but no refund, credit, or pro-rated reimbursement will be due for the unused portion of that fixed advertising period unless Drivelist expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

6.3 Subscription and Quota Products: Where promotional placement is provided through a dealer subscription or quota-based package, the subscription itself continues according to its own billing terms. Removing a promoted listing or releasing a quota slot does not cancel the underlying subscription unless Drivelist separately confirms subscription cancellation.

6.4 Discretionary Refunds: Any exception, courtesy credit, or goodwill refund is granted at Drivelist's sole discretion and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide refunds in similar cases.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Drivelist and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AUTOHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOHUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Drivelist harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
